Manual order export routines and batch file transfers between Shopify, trade wholesale portals, and an off-site 3PL warehouse created 4-hour synchronization lags, stock discrepancies, and delayed shipping confirmation emails.

We architected an event-driven integration service that listens for real-time webhooks, validates payload data against schema contracts, safely enqueues tasks with automatic retry handling, and updates inventory across all channels in seconds.

Architecture & Reliability

When handling live customer orders, data integrity is paramount. Rather than fragile point-to-point cron jobs, we built an event-driven message queue architecture with exponential backoff retries and dead-letter queues.
